Kelley Hamilton: Founder, CEO and Lead Instructor

Kelley has been a performing artist, director and arts educator for over 30 years.  A graduate of Ithaca College and the Eastman School of Music, she has studied voice with Patrice Pastore, Masako Toribara and Douglas Ahlstedt. Along with writing and directing original musicals and revues, she frequently performs as a professional opera and music theatre singer. Art & Soul was born out of a desire to provide high quality arts education opportunities, unique performance pieces and one-of-a-kind arts-based events. Art & Soul is different in the best way possible! The arts are a vehicle for authentic, personal expression. It’s all about the journey – the process! Art & Soul honors the creative spirit in all of us by expanding repertoire and aesthetic, exploring context and emphasizing personal stories and points of view.

Colin Hamilton: Lead Instructor

Colin Hamilton is a self-published writer and online content creator, focused primarily on the genres of science-fiction and science-fantasy. Having maintained a love of fiction writing since early middle school, Colin has continuously pushed the boundaries of his chosen genres and explored strange and interesting new fictional universes. He has published several short stories and novellas, including "A Plot Intertwined" and "Dark Arrival," and has also dabbled in creating insightful video essays on media and creative work. Currently, he is working remotely as a legal writer for the Chen Immigration Group, while also continuing to hone his creative skills in Ithaca, NY.

Foster Hamilton: Assistant Instructor and Technical Support

Foster is a senior in the P-Tech Academy at TC3. His main pursuits are science and technology based - which has been invaluable to Art & Soul. Being a “people person” Foster helps to mentor the campers and brings a “Gen Z” perspective to the activities. He is pursuing a career in clean energy.
